Vicky-May Giraud – French-Swedish Visual Artist & Author | VMG Perceptions
An artistic universe where glamour meets mystery — Vicky-May Giraud redefines identity, duality and transformation through bold canvases, symbolic language and cinematic storytelling. Mrs Giraud joins the Union of Excellence (UNOFEX) as an accredited member of the international art community.
Vicky-May Giraud, French-Swedish visual artist and writer, is the founder of VMG Perceptions, a multidisciplinary brand dedicated to redefining identity, power, and transformation through art. Based in Paris, she creates striking, cinematic portraits that merge contemporary femininity with myth, fashion, and symbolic language. Her signature collections — Duality & Reflection, Venus Rewritten, Queens of the Deck, and Vogue 3000 - capture the tension between strength and vulnerability, permanence and reinvention.

EARLIER CAREER
Her bold visual universe is infused with Art Deco geometry, casino iconography, and futuristic glamour, creating canvases that feel at once timeless and unapologetically modern. Each piece is conceived as both an artwork and a story — fragments of identity, mystery, and seduction. Her works have been exhibited at renowned venues across Europe: the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, La Maison de l’Amérique Latine during Paris Fashion Week, Espace 22 in Monaco, and in Spain at both the Fusion Art Gallery in Marbella and Villa El Martinete, an emblematic cultural landmark on the Costa del Sol.

FURTHER HIGHLIGHTS
She has collaborated with luxury spaces, high-profile curators, and cultural platforms bridging the worlds of fine art, fashion, and literature. In 2025, she published her book, Assembly Not Required — a hybrid of narrative and visual art that received critical attention for its audacious, cinematic tone. Through it, she affirmed her place as both painter and storyteller, crafting a world where images and words conspire to provoke, seduce, and unsettle.

CURRENT HIGHLIGHTS
For Vicky-May, art is not decoration but revelation: “The beauty in what remains, the truth in what transforms.” Her work continues to evolve as a bold reflection of contemporary identity, memory, and transformation — inviting viewers not just to observe, but to step inside her enigmatic world.
