NOMINATION GUIDELINES

This site contains important information on the UNOFEX honor nomination guidelines and includes rules, eligibility requirements, evaluation and submission. Please review carefully. Note that each main award category will also require additional information or supportive material relevant to that specific category.
Before formally submitting an UNOFEX honor nomination, you will need:
- A biography or resume describing the history of the person or group you wish to nominate;
- Information about the nominee’s work on the international scene;
- Support materials such as samples of art/entertainment practice, media reviews, press releases etc;
- Optional/Encouraged: Letters of support from other people or organization(s) enthusiastic about this nominee.

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY
Every UNOFEX nomination is screened to ensure eligibility.

Nominations may be made by an individual, a group or an organization. Nominations can be send throughout the year and will be considered for the UNOFEX Focus On Honor.

Nominators may nominate themselves for an honor

Nominators may make only one nomination per year

All nominees must be a permanent resident or a landed immigrant of any one country and have a valid passport (as required for traveling).

All nominees must have been active in their respective fashion, culture, entertainment or luxury industries within the international community consistently over an extended period of time.

Nominees must give their consent to UNOFEX Honor to the use of photos, videos and biographical material to be used for marketing and promotions.

The UNOFEX Focus on Honor are not grants.

UNOFEX LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all nominations in any or all categories. UNOFEX LLC reserves the right to edit or cancel any and/or all honor at any time.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
Evaluation criteria for an UNOFEX Focus On Honor nomination is different for each category. All nominations will be evaluated by an independent Jury comprised of three (3) to four (4) fashion, art, music, luxury, or entertainment industries professionals. The Jury will use specific criteria in their decision-making.
SUPPORTIVE MATERIAL
A complete eligible nomination must include:

A biography and/or resume of the nominee (Word or PDF format)

Samples of the nominee’s artistic work, including but not limited to:

Visual, fine craft, multimedia image files or via web-link, for example social media (Instagram, Fb, Youtube...)

Performance excerpts of a recent work via web-link(s)
Please note that, while additional support material is not mandatory, it will strengthen your nomination so consider adding the following to your submission package:

Any pertinent third-party reviews of the nominated artist’s work, i.e. media. (Word, PDF, JPEG or website URL’s).

Up to 3 testimonials, i.e. letters of support (1 page per letter / Word or PDF format)
