Kaya Turello is a former Private Banker who turned Fashion Designer and became an accredited UNOFEX Member of the Fashion Industry verified under our high Standards of Excellence. She spent almost 9 years in the wealth management industry in London and simultaneously launched her fashion brand of women’s suiting, before relocating to Monaco in 2020. Passion follows actions. Kaya now focus on her professional efforts exclusively on her brand.

Background
The idea for the brand and the collection was born after she was struggling to find professional yet fashion-forward designs that would suit Kaya’s professional lifestyle. The collection has been designed with the modern career woman in mind, providing her with the confidence, comfort and immaculate look through a collection of cleverly designed pieces that can be mixed and matched to one’s individual taste.
Fashion Concept
The concept of mixing and matching is aimed, and practicality desired by the modern working woman as well as reducing waste in fashion by always being able to update one’s wardrobe of suits rather than replacing it. The collections are seasonless, with most pieces being wearable all year round.
The brand’s mission is to support women in achieving their full career potential whilst appreciating how important image is in building one’s profile in an organisation, in front of clients and for one’s own confidence.
